Email Templates
Customize confirmation and welcome emails for your waitlists.
Overview
0list sends two types of emails when double opt-in is enabled:
- Confirmation Email — Sent immediately after signup with a verification link
- Welcome Email — Sent after the user confirms their email
Both templates can be customized per-waitlist in the admin dashboard under Settings → Email.
Confirmation Email
This email is sent when a user signs up and double opt-in is enabled. It contains a unique confirmation link.
Available Variables

Welcome Email
This email is sent after a user successfully confirms their email address.

Customize the sender information and visual branding for each waitlist.

You can send test emails from the admin dashboard to preview how they’ll look:
Go to your waitlist’s Settings → Email
Edit your template
Click “Send Test Email”
Check your inbox for the preview
Tip
Test emails use placeholder values for variables like position and confirmation URL.
